The Education Foundation meets the first Wednesday of the month, except July, September and January. Please check the GEF calendar for meeting dates.
Grant applications must be approved by the building principal and administration prior to being presented to the GEF Board. Once the building principal has approved the grant request, the request should be sent to Central Office, ATTN: Ellen Oates.
Grant applications must be received by Ellen Oates one week prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the meeting agenda.
The final date for Grant application submission is May 1st. If an application is received after May 1st it will not be presented to the GEF Board of Directors for approval until the following school year.
Approved grant funds must be spent prior to May 30th. All purchases that relate to the application funding must be noted accordingly.
