The Greenfield Workplace Clinic (GWC) is operated and managed by Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin. It serves all employees, as well as dependents/spouses on the District insurance plan. There is no cost for visiting the GWC.
The clinic is located on the campus of Greenfield High School adjacent to the Fitness Center (Door #11-Natatorium Entrance) on the south side of the building.
The GWC is staffed by a Physician Assistant, Angie Montoto-Farley, and a Medical Assistant.
Froedtert & MCW FastCare Walk-In Clinics
Members of the District's insurance plan may also visit one of the FastCare Clinics located througout the area (West Bend, Sussex, Downtown), including several located inside Meijer Stores. There is no cost for visiting a FastCare Clinic. For a listing of locations, visit here.
On-Demand Virtual Health Care (at no cost)
