All other applicants will be considered after the currently attending Tuition Waiver students and siblings of currently attending Open Enrollment students.

Can an Open Enrollment be denied or revoked?
Yes, there are three ways a seat could be revoked or denied. First is due to ATTENDANCE: Under Wisconsin State Statute 118.51, if a nonresident school board determines that a pupil attending the nonresident school district through Open Enrollment is habitually truant during either semester of the current school year, the nonresident school board may prohibit the pupil from attending the nonresident school district in the succeeding semester or school year. Second is if your child is expelled from school. Third is if your student's seat status changes and there are no resources available.
