Students with approved IEP or Section 504 accommodations may use Personal Communication Devices only as specifically outlined within their accommodation plan. Students who have accommodations related to PCDs will not have unlimited usage, but will have specific conditions that will govern access that will be identified in the plan. Any use outside those approved parameters will be addressed under this procedure.
Teachers may request administrative approval for unique circumstances in which students may access PCDS as an allowable educational exception.
