Per Act 42 and PO 5136, students may not access Personal Communication Devices during instructional day, including during passing times (including passing times to and from lunch).
Students may not access Personal Communication Devices in restrooms at any time. Any device being used in a restroom shall be confiscated and processed according to school procedures.
Students found accessing PCDs during these times will be asked to surrender their devices.
