Graduation

The Graduation Ceremony of the Greenfield High School Class of 2025 will be held on Saturday, June 14, beinning at 10:00 am. Graduation will take place on the GHS football field. Participation in the graduation ceremony is strictly voluntary. Any student who does not wish to participate may pick up his/her diploma in the school office beginning Monday, June 16th.

A reminder that tickets are required for ALL guests to enter graduation.

Graduation Requirements

In alignment with School Board Policy 5460 -  only students who have completed all course and credit requirements may participate in the ceremony.  Students must fulfill all financial and disciplinary obligations no later than Wednesday, June 11th, at 3:00 P.M to participate.

Graduation Practice

Students MUST participate in the entire graduation ceremony practice from 2:30 pm — 4:30ish pm on Thursday, June 12th (at GHS) in order to take part in the ceremony itself.  Students who did NOT complete the graduation practice will NOT be able to participate in graduation on Saturday and will not be issued tickets. Students should wear the same shoes to practice that they plan on wearing at the graduation ceremony.

Transcript Information

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT PROCEDURES:
When requesting an official transcript for college or scholarships, please pick up a Records Release Form in Student Services, fill it out, and have your parent sign it (if you are under 18 years of age). Return the form to the Student Services with all application materials and necessary fees.

Transcripts will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. PLEASE TURN IN REQUESTS A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO A DEADLINE, KEEPING IN MIND THAT TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. If this procedure is not followed, your transcript may not be ready in time to meet deadlines.

Current students receive three (3) transcripts at no charge. There is a $1 fee for each additional transcript.
