The building will be opened for students each day at 6:45am. Students who arrive between 6:45-7:15am will enter the building through Door 21 and will be directed to the cafeteria until 7:15am at which time students will be directed to go to their 1st period classroom. From 7:15-7:30am doors 1, 7, 11 and 21 will open for students to enter and head directly to their classrooms.
Bus - Busses will load and unload in the south parking lot along the side of the school building. Students will enter through door 7. Additional information regarding bussing will be distributed by the district.
Student Cars - Students who drive to school should enter the parking lot on Layton Avenue and park in the lot in front of the building. Parking passes are required for all drivers who wish to park at school and will be sold for a non-refundable rate of $115.00 per year. Parking passes will be assigned specific numbers and spots in the parking lot. Students need to be sure that they are parking in their assigned spot each day.
Drop Offs - Drop-offs may enter the school parking lot at the south entrance on 60th Street, dropping students near the district office entrance, and leaving the parking lot heading north on 60th Street. These students should enter the building at Door 21.
Drop-offs may also enter the lot off of Layton Ave., turning right to loop through the parking lot, dropping students near the GHS main entrance and exiting again out to Layton. These students should enter the building at Door 1.
Walking - Students who choose to walk to school may enter through Doors 1, 7, 11, or 21 beginning at 7:15am.
