Parking at Prom:
The Baird Center is located in downtown Milwaukee. Students have the option to either find street parking or park in a lot. The lots listed below are all good options for students. Interstate Parking has issued a QR code for GHS prom attendees to receive 50% off the advertised parking rate when parking in a lot. Students should enter at the North Building Main Entrance off of Kilbourn Avenue. All guests will have to pass through a metal detector in order to enter the building per building policy.

- Wells Street Entrance - 500 W. Wells St., Milwaukee, WI 53203
- Directions for QR Code at Kilbourn and Wells Street Entrance: Approach gate and scan QR pass. Pay the reduced rate. The gate will lift and you may park. Upon exit, scan the receipt you received at entry. The gate will lift and you are free to go!
- 330 Wells Garage - 330 W Wells St, Milwaukee, WI 53203
- Directions for QR Code at 330 Wells Garage: Approach gate and take a ticket. The gate will lift and you may park. Upon exit, scan the ticket received at entry followed by the discounted QR parking pass. Pay the reduced rate. The gate will lift and you are free to go!
Evening Schedule:
- 6:00 – 6:20 pm: Arrival and Seating
- Students should check-in for prom between 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm and present their GHS school ID or driver's license when they check-in.
- Guests of GHS students will need to present a school photo ID or a driver’s license at the time of check-in.
- 6:30 pm: Grand March & Announcement of Junior Court
- Families are welcome to attend the Grand March in-person. Once Grand March is over, only prom ticket holders will be permitted in the venue.
- 7:00pm: Dinner
- 18-Hour Smoked Beef Brisket<
- Honey BBQ Pulled Chicken -with Brioche Roll on the side
- Brown Sugar Baked Beans
- 4-Cheese Macaroni -Crunchy Cheeto Crust
- Creamy Coleslaw

Table Assignments for Dinner:
Students will sign up for their dinner table in-person at GHS during lunch on Wednesday, April 02. Each table will seat 10 students.
Tickets:
- Tickets will be available for sale to all junior and senior GHS students through Infinite Campus March 4 through March 21.
- Each junior or senior GHS student attending prom must have a completed ticket application submitted to the office for approval. You will find a Google Form application has been sent to your parents’ emails.
- Junior and senior students can bring guests who are underclassmen at GHS or guests from other schools.
- Remember, before students will be allowed to purchase a prom ticket, monetary holds on GHS student accounts must be paid.
- Tickets will not be sold to any student who has more than 12 tardies, unexcused absences, or truancies between March 1st and March 21st.
- All paperwork must be in by March 18, in order to process paperwork and make ticket(s) available for purchase by the March 21 deadline
- Absolutely no tickets will be sold at the door.
