Hall of Fame

The Athletic Hall of Fame’s mission is to recognize and honor past successful Student-Athletes, Athletic Coaches, Teams and Contributors to GHS, to support and renew respect for the GHS athletic tradition, and to be inclusive rather than exclusive.

Nominations can be submitted by anyone, but you can not nominate yourself. A Selection Committee comprised of GHS Admin, Community Members, GHS Teachers, GHS Coaches, Board Members - Present and Past will notify nominators regarding the selection committee's decision in early/mid-December before the Holidays. Nominations can be resubmitted based on the Selection Committee's decision. Nominees will be recognized and awarded at pre-game/halftime of a basketball game and at an Informal Ceremony Reception in February. Plaques for each Recipient will be displayed in the Heritage Hallway.

Nominations for the Hall of Fame Class of 2021 will be open August 3, 2020, through October 30, 2o2o.
