Consequences for Failure to Follow
Bus Code of Safety and Behavior
- If unacceptable behavior continues after at least one warning, the bus driver will write up the incident and send the notice to the principal.
- A copy of the write up will be sent to the student's parents.
- The principal or designee will meet with the student.
- If three or more unacceptable behavior write ups are received by the principal in a given semester, the student will be suspended from riding the bus for a period of from one to three days. During that time it
is the responsibility of the parents and student to see to it that he/she gets to school. Severe or repeated
behavior may result in immediately and/or extended suspension from the bus.
