G.M.S. offers a wide array of both interscholastic and intramural sports experiences for all grade levels. Students participating in interscholastic sports must meet ALL academic and behavioral requirements. Please see your athletic code in your student handbook for a complete listing of eligibility rules. Your school calendar includes sports events for the month.
Physicals are required for those students who participate in interscholastic sports (Junior Parkland Conference). All 6th and 7th grade students need a physical from a qualified doctor, which is good for two years. Any 8th grade student who did not participate in sports the previous year will also need a physical.
